PASSIONATE ABOUT TRAVEL
Travel was a regular and much-loved part of my childhood. And even with 30 years of experience working in the luxury travel industry, and having seen a whole lot of the world, I’m still just as in love with travel as I was a child.
Early on in my career, I ran a full-service IATA travel agency. I then helped set up ATP Select Travel, where I worked for quite some time. From 2008 to 2021, I, together with two associates, owned and operated a full-service travel company. This company, Vos Van Loon & Partners, was located in Amsterdam and we specialized in customized travel and high-end events. As of 2022, I work independently and own and operate my own company: Van Loon Travel Creations.

EXPERIENCE THAT COUNTS
My work has led me to bustling cities, overwhelming nature, intriguing cultures, and paradisiacal places all over the world. But I know that a gorgeous sunset is no guarantee of a successful trip. There’s more to it than that. The whole experience has to be right and I do the utmost to make sure of that.
Even while on vacation with my family, I seek out the best experiences. We explore, find hidden gems, smell, taste, and enjoy, always curious, always establishing valuable relationships. You could call it professional deformation if you’d like, but I call it desire to travel. And that desire is far from satisfied.
