TRAVEL CONDITIONS ANVR & SGR
Van Loon Travel Creations, owned by Mirella van Loon- van den Ban, is an independent entrepreneur affiliated with Luxury Travel Consultants and United Travel, a franchise organization for independent travel consultants. All bookings are handled by United Travel, member of ANVR (5471) and SGR (3642). You book and pay to United Travel (KvK number 59901152).

ANVR
United Travel is a member of the ANVR. The ANVR has strict membership standards and promotes the quality of travel and information about travel. Travels provided by Van Loon Travel Creations B.V. are subject to the ANVR Travel Conditions.
In addition, different cancellation conditions may apply to certain parts of your trip, as a result of which you may need to pay a higher fee in case of cancellation for those parts. We will inform you about this before booking on the provided quote and/or on the invoice confirmation.

Reisdocumenten
As traveler, you are solely responsible for making sure you have valid travel documents at departure and during the trip. You are also responsible for informing yourself of the latest requirements with regard to your travel documents.
SGR
United Travel is a member of the SGR. Should you wish to confirm this, please visit www.sgr.nl. Booked trips are covered by the SGR guarantee, with the exception of flights. This SGR guarantee means that the client is assured that their prepaid travel money will be refunded if the other party is unable to perform the agreed upon service due to financial distress.
